Just got our 23LDE & unable to either use city water or fill fresh tank using the nautilus system. Had a water pressure regulator on & turned off water when trying to switch valve but it would never direct water anywhere. Think valve either stuck in between either line or blocked before even...
Hey campers! Hope everyone is enjoying the (almost) summer in the northern hemisphere. I'm hoping that one of ya'll might be able to help me out.
Now, I know the holding tank systems are finicky at best. Ours has been pretty good up until now. That's what everyone says :D In prepping for a trip...
Hey Guys and Gals
Well we are spending a couple weeks here in East Texas before continuing our trek to South Texas for awhile.
This 398mbl has been problem after problem since we got it but it does have its good side.
Our problem is....we have been setup at a small park here and...
2019 Forest River Surveyor 241RBLE. After attaching the campground water line with our filter and 40-50 PSI pressure reducer, we have experienced two nights of the fresh water tank (we normally do not use) overflowing out the filler port for fresh water tank on the camper side wall. In-line...
Our Suburban SW6DEL has seeped from the time our new to us (2018 Cherokee 39RL) was delivered a few weeks ago and finally this past weekend was gushing water so had to shut it down. Have the dealer tech coming to check it tomorrow. I had checked the hot and cold connections at the back, the...
I've got a 2020 Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite 22FBRS travel trailer with a 54 gallon fresh water tank and I've filled my fresh water tank full for several short trips, but we are heading from WEST from Texas to Arizona, Utah, and Colorado in July and while we are staying in some RV parks in...
I put water in my holding tank and turned off the water before it got to the top. I disconnected the waterline. Later I noticed water coming out of the overflow tube and the line to add antifreeze to the system. A couple of days later it stopped. Anybody know what is going on?
Hi there
I just recently got a 2022 Sanibel 3902WB. It is my first RV.
Today I had the black water holding tank pumped out (service in park). After the pump out, Black Tank 1 shows empty, but Black Tank 2 still shows full.
There are 2 bathrooms.
There appears to only be three levers on the...
Hi All
I'm Looking for the Fresh Water Tank Drain on My 2006 Flagstaff 28' 5th Wheel Camper.
I See This Near the "Galley" Gray Water Drain, And It Looks Broken ??
Should I Turn the Valve and See What Happens ?
Thanks
Timmy in Trumbull, CT
I just picked up a 2005 19’ Roo that was a bit of a fixer upper. It is missing some random parts and pieces and one of which is the fresh water tank and pump. If anyone has pictures of their setup, that would be greatly appreciated so I can restore the original setup or if anyone has come up...
I read somewhere that store clerks were over-filling propane tanks instead of filling them to the prescribed 80%. My question is on a 2021 Forest River Forester is there any over-fill protection built in to the rig? Do I need to tell the clerk to only fill it to 80% or do they just know? I'm...
Now that I have the electrical system in my Wildwood where I want it, I am turning my attention to the water system.
Just upgraded the water pump and toilet to a Dometic 310, main because both the toilet and water pump were leaking.
I took a moment in this work to use my new Valterra Flush...
I have a 2010 Forest River Lexington. The fresh water tank is located under the bed at the rear of the RV. There appears to be no drain to remove the water except by running the water pump through the taps. This is slow and extra wear and tear on the pump. Quite impractical. Anyone else have...
Hello,
My wife and I just bought a 2019 Vengeance Rogue 31V.
I was looking it over yesterday and noticed a water line coming out of the belly, on the left side of the trailer, in the area of the potable water tank. The line is capped. The water system drains lines are on the right side...
Just wondering how many black tanks the 34DS has. Some bath and a half motorhomes have separate black tanks and dump valves for each toilet. Since the 34DS has an electric toilet in the half bath hopefully it only has one black tank and dump. This motorhome is on our short list. Thanks.
I’ve got an 08 Sandpiper Sport. The fuel pump for the transfer tank has been giving me issues it’s keeps blowing the fuse. I took it apart and touched it to the battery and it worked. I touched it to the wires and it worked as soon as I put it back together and tried it the fuse blew. Any thoughts?
I have a 2016 3010DS needing a propane tank replacement. Somehow rust got underneath the enamel paint and peeled it all off. Now the tank is badly rusted and pitted. It may be welded in place, idk. My question is has anybody had to get one of these replaced. Can you get the tank with brackets...
Hello,
I'm hoping someone has a fix for me. I filled our water tank to 85% in preparation for a road trip. I looked yesterday and the tank said empty.
Looks like gray and black water are not reading either. LP shows full.
Is there a way to calibrate? No blown fuses or tripped breakers...
Just finished converting my tank discharge from bayonet to cam-lock. In the process decided to replace the somewhat lacking factory bracket with something a little more substantial. Not wanting to drill holes in the frame I fabbed this bracket. Worked well for any I-beam frames and simple.
I...
I have a new to us 8298ws Rockwood signature one it has two 45 gallon grey tanks.
Only one tank ever shows it’s filling and there is only one grey dump valve.
Am I missing something? I thought maybe i only had one grey tank but I was told all of this model can with 45 G black tank and 90 G...
Hi! I'm trying to clean my water tank on my new to me 2005 Sunseeker. I managed to finally figure out how to fill the tank, thanks to a thread here from 2013. 10 Years later and here I am confused. Once I found a plug for the bottom low point drain I was able to get the tank to take on water. I...
Admittedly a rookie question here and I appreciate all of your knowledge. I have read about and seen on YouTube instructional videos about the need to blow moisture out of the air tanks each day before a trip. There are many how to videos on the Cascadia model. But nothing on the smaller M2...
PLEASE read the thread titled "Check your propane tank mounting bracket welding!"
I posted it on the General Motorhome forum because this problem may not affect just Georgetowns but the two reported failures were both Georgetowns...
While both of these failures occurred on Forest River Georgetown Class A's, reportedly a 2020 and a 2022, that does not mean that only the Georgetown is potentially affected.
The owners were flagged down by passing motorists pointing and the owners found the propane tank hanging down and...
