Maybe a dumb question but here goes... Do you run your bathroom fan all the time or just when you are actually in the bathroom? Why? Does anyone do this in effort to avoid over-sensitive LP alarming?

What are the chances that if I install a new fancy fan in the bathroom that I can install a switch on the wall? Don't know if I can get wires down wall..Also would prefer one with motorized lid lift.
