hey all. id like to replace my vents with fan vents in my class c. the bathroom vent already has a fan vent, so I'm sure replacing that with a new max air will be fine; but the vents in the bedroom and the living room don't have wiring, other than the wiring for the lights right next to the...
On my last trailer I got one of these to cover the vent fan on the roof:

It was great because it mounted to the vent frame so you didn't put any holes in your roof. We loved it because it allowed you to keep your vent...
Have a 2016 A 122S Rockwood with under bed coolcat. Recently while camping and using the heat pump the circulation fan reversed. Fan runs in reverse in all modes on thermostat. It also will run in reverse when in Furnace mode running off propane furnace. Nothing to do with the Heat Pump...
Good evening everyone, A few months ago I bought a 2006 rockwood feeedom 2080 in the middle of winter. The other day we had great weather and opened it to see what I actually paid $1100 for. Well it was a great buy!! Very happy. Now the only bad... I either do not know how to turn on...
Good day everyone. I have a 2009 Eagle that I'm pretty sure is prewired for a fan. We just replaced the wiring to the lights and there was 4 wires up behind the front panel. I'm guessing the other two go to a fan. Can anyone confirm this? If so we have a vent already. which we pulled out (with...
Long story but we have been staying at our Daughter's house in the RV
The furnace works great keeping us warm.
The weird thing is that the front AC in the ceiling is on and stays on when the thermostat turns the furnace off.
This can't be normal???
Hi!
2018 Freelander 27QB. We have the standard pop-up vents throughout, and would like to replace with MaxxAire fans. Question is where can we get the 12v from? I have sent multiple emails to Coachmen asking for the wiring diagram with no response - not even a "Go Scratch!"
So...
Wife got up and supported her self on the wall. When she did she felt alot of heat in one particular area.
Me being the handyman, naturally I investigated . I pulled some wires from be hind the light switch which is below the fan switch in our 30L . And found what might be a cement resistor...
I have a Solar Vent Fan (iSunSolarVent model #70430) made by ICP of Canada. The top vent cover needs replacing. I can find NO info on this, or if these people are still around. Marinco has a fan for boats with the same specs, but not for a RV roof. Regardless all I need is the exterior vent...
Every once in awhile I bump into a wannabe denizen of Sunnyvale Trailer Park here on the forum. Well, here is the thread FOR YOU! If you've not seen the show Trailer Park Boys yet (on Netflix), chances are you would not enjoy this conversation, or understand the content, so you should probably...
I’d like to add a ceiling fan in the living/kitchen area of our 17 XLR Nitro 36T15.
I was thinking of pulling power from of the ceiling lights but I am concerned about the structure being strong enough for the fan.
Has anyone added a ceiling fan? Any tips or tricks? Recommendations?

So everything worked last night but now the lights & the exhaust fan won't come on. I've checked fuses & circuit breakers but everything's good. Any suggestions??
Thanks....Dean
I want to install a Maxx fan in my 2019 F. R. 33IKT Sabre kitchen/living room. Has anyone installed one and if so how can I determine if there are any wires or duct work in the way before I start making the cut out?
Anyone have a problem with moisture collecting on the inside of the dome on the E-Z breeze vent fan? If so, did you figure out how to stop the condensation?
Multiple people including me have complained that their Dometic AirCommand heat pump fan cycles on and off - about 9 seconds on and 60 seconds off - when not producing heat. This makes it very difficult to sleep.
There is a discussion on another forum where a product manager from Dometic chimed...
Just started last night. I have dual air conditioners on a Dometic digital control. The rear unit fan just started running constantly. It's set to auto, and the compressor isn't running with the fan. If I turn the power off it shuts off, but starts again with power on. Front unit is fine. Any...
This is my second winter with my 2012 Wildwood DLX TT and when I used it yesterday, I turned on the furnace as it was cold outside. Not only did the furnace kick on but so did the fan on the A/C ceiling unit.
I don't remember that happening last winter when using the furnace. I only remember...
I have a Grey Wolf 2016 26DBH and the vent fan cover is cracked. What replacement for this cover is the correct one? I need to get this fixed pretty soon. I can temporarily patch it up but would like to get it fixed before winter.
After blowing two fuses on the Suburban SF/25Q furnace, I went outside to the air intake and tried to move the fan (squirrel cage). It will not move. Does the furnace have to come out of the trailer? If so, can a reasonably handy guy (me) handle it or do I have to go to a pro? Suppose I do...
I want to run a fan in the day time or at night off the batteries but for some reason this does not work. I always have to start the generator to run fan. I have solar panels to keep batteries charged. I am at a loss as to why this won't work.
Any advice? Steer me in the right direction...
I have a 2019 Rockwood Mini Lite 2104s. We’ve never been cold weather camping but this week we’ve been camping with temperatures below freezing at night. We’ve turned on our tank heater at night because of the below freezing temperatures. The converter fan kicks on and off sporadically...
Here's a tough one I think. The furnace fan has started running continuously. RV is 2011 21' Micro Lite FRBS. Furnace is a Suburban NT20S. The thermostat is off, not an aftermarket. With main power connected and furnace circuit breaker tripped, the fan still runs but much slower as it seems to...
Hi all, going about winterizing my grey wolf 19sm up here in Canada. I’m wondering if anyone leaves their bathroom vent cover open a crack during winter storage. I have a roof vent cover. I’m wondering if it would allow trailer to ‘breathe’ or let in moisture I don’t want. Opinions please. Thanks
Haven't been in the trailer for a couple of weeks, in the process, power was shut off (back on now). When I turn on the furnace the fan seems to run for a little bit blowing cold air and then stops. No heat coming. Read the manual but cannot figure out the way to troubleshoot it. Any ideas?
