2018 Cherokee Arctic Wolf: The water heater breaker tripped and won't reset. There is a 4 beep audible, then a pause, then the 4 beep sequence again, etc. Don't know if the two are related, nor do I know why the water heater breaker won't reset. Any answers out there? BTW, there is no water onboard.

Water will not get hot and the yellow light is flashing. Any advice is appreciated.
