slide out

Hi! When we feel the inside portion of the big slide out seal with our hand, there is a portion that’s missing or kinked…anyone know how to get to that inside seal to retract it in it’s initial position, without breaking it? Thank you in advance :)

Have a 2011 Rockwood Roo 23ss when the slideout gets in about 1/2 to 3/4 way in it scraped the floor. Checked all the brackets and everything looks tight. What am I missing? It tips down by stove , bathroom end. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Kevin
