Anybody have an idea as to why my passenger side brake light and the top red running lights stay on when Im unhitched fro the truck?

Is my DynaQuest XL the only one that was delivered without fog lights? All DynaQuest XLs and DX3s I’ve seen have fog lights.

We are experiencing moisture build up within some of our lights. These lights are led, and the moisture is building up with the board, which in time, or if enough all at once builds up will render the light inoperable. Has anyone run into this issue and successfully countered it?
