Motorcoach not for hire?

as i recall im about 65 ft, nose to tail w/ the jeep - ive been stopped once (no front tag), and neither of the two troopers (2 sergeants in the same car) ever mentioned length.

the previous owner of our coach pulled a 36 ft stacker & was over 75ft long and he never mentioned getting stopped, in fact he was upgrading to a bigger (twin screw, 45ft) coach.

I see them at every race, 75' or 80' long. I saw that Powerhouse Coach on Epic Rv's towing a good size stacker and a boat. I assume people are not getting tickets, but I am hesitant to purchase something that is 10 feet over my states legal limit.

Considering that I haven't even got my new Haulmark yet, do I need to put the "Motorcoach Not for Hire" on the door or somewhere obvious? There was a discussion on IRV2 about this but I wasn't clear. Since I don't have a CDL is that the safe thing to do so there is no confusion about potential commercial application?

What class license are you able to use for that rig? My son has a Georgia class C - he is confused on what he can drive.

Only state I know of that restricts you is Washington. I've seen them pull over anything over 75ft and give out tickets.
