2006 ? 33ft conversion -strange rear axle

Too bad there is not much info. I have seen Canadian spread axle tractors but I don't recall one to that extent. Nor do I know their laws. Spreads are used to increase allowable axle loads. Some axles are setup to airlift, some you can only dump the air bags to take some weight off and others simply scuff the heck out of the tires when you turn. At the least, I would say it would limit your turning radius.
 
.....I thought that was called a Kentucky spread...extra load but with alift axel so you can get around mountain roads........geofkaye
