2005 38' United Specialties, 2 axle, 16' living 12'garage, 4.5k miles, $108K, on ebay

Gary,

so would you want it if the garage was gone or smaller?

what would you estimate the new price?

truck cost $75 and the conversion $75-100?

so you are getting 40% off on a low mileage rig?

at 16', there is no bedroom correct? just the living space, kitchen, bathroom and then garage?

it is a nice rig, slideout, low mileage, new chassis and conversion, ready for motorcycles or watercraft and away you go.

why is the couch on the passenger side instead of the diner? seems like the diner and couch should be reversed?

BD-
I want NO garage.
Have no idea on pricing.
Can't tell if there is no bedroom from the pix, but I'd bet there isn't one.
Couch and dinette positions are fairly typical from what I've seen, but reversed would work too.

One reason the unit is inexpensive at $108k is that it was built on a used 1999 Volvo chassis with 517k miles, 3.5k on the conversion. One owner rig who says he paid $120k for it.

Here is the text from the email sent by the seller:

The unit was built( along with 3 others) on used chassis' (1999 Volvo)and were marketed at the Sturgis motorcycle rally. This unit was the demo unit for the company selling the units. I purchased it new, have been to 8 NASCAR races with it and paid $119,500.00. The pictures in the ad were taken by me and I would most certinally send additional photo's of needed scenes.
