Hey all of you FR3'ers. Quick question about my fresh water tank.
I have a 2019 33DS. I recently filled the tank up about 75% and have used some of it while cleaning it up while the RV has been sitting and not being used.
I know that the tank is about 50 gallons and the sensors were showing...
Hello,
On my '17 Roo I was hooked up to city water with a pressure regulator and noticed water dripping from the area of my fresh water tank. When I looked closer, my fresh water tank was unexpectedly full (I had not filled it). There was a crack near the low point drain on the FW tank that...
I have a 2021 Wolf Pup 18RJB and when I connect to City Water, the Fresh Water tank fills and overflows. Did I miss a switch? The Hose valve going into the water pump seems fine. Maybe the water pump (which I heard is also the backflow) is faulty?
Also (this may be related): The water pump is...
I would like to install a center-of-the-tank drain plug for my rPod 30 gallon fresh water tank. The factory installed plug is deep in the corner of the tank which leaves a considerable volume of water still in the tank after draining.
I know others have installed plugs. I am looking for...
So, yesterday I tried to fill the fresh water tank on my 2018 Force HD. i hooked up the water hose to my city water inlet and then turned the control valve to the "Fill Fresh Water Tank" setting. Turned on the water flow. Could feel water in the hose but it never seemed to add (much). Only...
Can anyone tell me where my fresh water tank/sensor is? I have a full tank. The sensor reads empty. Galley, grey and black are reading right. I suspect something has shaken loose. It was working when I left Florida 2 months ago. Now nothing.
I'd like to fix this since I'm on the road for 2...
Good morning and happy Sunday!
I purchased this toy hauler 2006 sand piper pro T21SP and the person who had it before me basically put JB weld on the freshwater tank lower fitting that connects it to another freshwater tank that shares a common drain... Needless to say i have tried everything...
I am new to this forum so if this has been discussed i apologize for bringing it up again. I just bought a 2012 Forest River Silver Back 33REA. I cannot find a way to fill the water tank. I think the drain is behind the driver side wheels but it is very small compared to my previous camper. I...
I have a '21 Isata 3 RW and need to check and possibly replace the fresh water tank sensor. Is there an easy way to access this? The tank appears to be buried behind panels.
After de-winterising our 2020 Microlight 25FKS trailer, everything is working great on our first 2022 trip, with one exception. The fresh water tank is filling and overflowing out of the water tank fill connection, and I could do with some advice.
I returned the valves and purged the system of...
When I am hooked up at camp site I connect city water to my trailer and it is filling up my tank and over flowing. When I bought new it did not do that. Now before I leave camp site I have to drain fresh water. Any suggestions?
I plan to camp this weekend Friday- Sunday. Looking like Late Saturday night it will be in the mid teens and windy. I’m going to keep the inside warm and anti-freeze in the grey and black tanks. I planned to have tank heaters but they are not coming in on time.
If I drain the fresh water...
2021 Rockwood 8335SB. Why didn't they make it so I could turn a valve at the bulkhead and divert city water into the freshwater holding tank? (Like it was on our old Imagine 2800.) As it is, I have to drag the city water hose around TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TRAILER and stick it in the open port...
My control panel has indicators for two black water tanks (3 gray). The user guide doesn't address this and Im a bit befuddled on how they might operate together if at all - since there's only one outlet. Any advice?
Reading the thread about needing a water pressure regulator so you don't burst your plumbing with campground pressures got me to thinking.
The safety value on the hot water tank doesn't release until 150 psi. If our plumbing will leak well below that (if you believe what people post), why have...
I need some advice. We have a 2019 E-pro 19FD. It has a small 26 u.s. gal fresh water tank. The new E-Pros have a 37 u.s. gal fresh water tank. Does anyone know if I can replace my small tank with the large one.
We boondock a lot and we need to refill our small tank a lot. It is a pain to...
I have a 2018 Rockwood Mini Lite 2509s. I have the following questions:
1. Does anyone know where the black water tank is located?
2. My trailer has a water tank heater. Are my black and grey water tanks
also heated?
3. Should I put silver insulation on exposed pipe and release value...
I'm in the middle of de-winterizing our 2020 Coachmen Mirada 32SS, but for some reason I can't get the fresh water tank to fill or accept any water. It feels like there's some kind of blockage, because I can't feel any water flowing through the input hose.
Am I missing anything obvious...
This topic has been discussed before, but I had a hard time finding the information through the forum search.
In my project to install the battery monitor shunt, I noticed our tank sagging pretty significantly.
I don’t have pre pics, but this is what we used.
Superstrutt and hangers...
We just purchased a 2019 Wolf Pup 18TO. The previous owner said he never put water in the fresh water tank. When we took it out to practice backing up, we notice water slouching out from the bottom. We looked and the fresh water tank is full.
I called the previous owner and he said that every...
Hello - I live full-time in a Riverstone Reserve 3850RK, in a RV park in Houston, Texas.
I have let my fresh water tank sit 50% full for 6 months now. We are about to have a freeze tonight, and I would like to flush & re-fill it, so I can disconnect the fresh water hose, but still keep water...
We have a 2021 Sunseeker, 3050.
Is the only way to fill the fresh water tank, by sticking a hose in the exterior hole or am I missing something. Seems like there should be a way to divert water from the city water tap to send fresh water to the fresh water tank.
So went to fill my fresh water tank this weekend and hear it splashing underneath. I look under and there is a silver dollar size hole with a white hose coming out next to it. Was there a plug or some other appliance originally attached there?
There are 2 tanks with 2 external dumps. On the specification data it tells me that grey water capacity is 90 gallons.
One tank looks like it is shower and bathroom sink. The other tank looks like it is just kitchen. My question is what are the individual sizes of the 2 tanks:
Thanks
Stephen
