water pump

Inside water pump won't work no water out of faucets nor into toilet. Just filled tank. Yes,use filter. No sound of pump. Meter shows tank empty but just filled. Worked before I filled. Any suggestions? I've no idea where the pump is located. On a 2019 FR3 33DS. Thanks
