Hey there! I noticed several cracks in my fender skirt (pic attached) along with a hole around the screw head. I plan on gluing the cracks but any ideas on the screw head? May add a bigger washer around that point? I'm also considering replacing it but have to measure and find the part online...

When I open the slide, the bottom travels to the wall and makes a good seal. However, the top still needs to travel an inch or two to make a good seal. Any ideas on how to adjust the slide out?
