Just curious on the recent changes to the outside trim, missing bumper and front cap on the Foresters/Sunseekers. I saw one the other day and it seems odd looking to me. Is there a reason they trim everything in black? I do like the front cap. I would miss not having the bumper.

motorized step isn't coming out... not sure if motor went bad or how to test it... i assume it doesnt have 12v all the time... so it is set up to pulse with the door opening etc... so it;s tricky to test. Does anyone know how it acually sends current? and what the part number is for the motor?
