Anyone have any recommendations on where to store/park our travel trailer when we’re not using it? Moving to LA County this summer for a year and looking for options.

My fiver will have been sitting for about a year when we next use it. Does anyone think this time sitting immobile presents a need to lubricate the wheel bearings and zerk fittings on the shackles ahead of the usual schedule?
