Where can I get this bottom trim (seems to be plastic) for the slide out? Pictures attached.

New to me 2013 V-cross Platinum 5th wheel. I found this in the basement area.Can find any information about it other than it seems to be a receiver for a remote I don't have. Can anyone here show me or tell me any info about it. Thanks
