slide out

I have a 2017 Shamrock with a slide. It seams that the slide and upper rubber seal stuck together and the rubber seal lost ripping it the entire length. Not a problem to replace BUT the topper is in the way and not sure how to remove and replace when done replacing seal.

I have a 2019 Cherokee 33ft with a slide out the problem I have is when it’s out the bottom is not all the way out top seals good but on the in side of TVs there’s about 3in from the wall not sealing and makes the kitchen table not level is there a fix I can try, Thanks Jeff
