Happy New Year all,
After returning from a vacation cruise, and our old Rand McNally RV GPS failing at the point of the trip where we needed it, my wife went out and bought me a new GPS. She tried to explain to the Best Buy Rep what we use the GPS for and he had her buy a Garmin 65 Drive...
The matching paint scheme on the side of the galley slide out on our 2022 DynaQuest XL does not go all the way and there is a gap between the paint scheme and the rubber seal.
Does any one else's DynaQuest XL look like this?
Hello,
I have the 3 bottle propane setup.
On the curb side there are 2 tanks with the 2 stage auto switch over regulator.
How does the 3rd (drivers side) bottle work into this?
Is it another 2 stage regulator that Joins the curb side pair to the drivers side then out to the furnace
Thank you
‘22 Europa 31SS with 31k miles.
I just noticed a pool of fluid below the flywheel and behind the fan. All fluids are at the correct level and none of them have deviated over the past year. I check them before every travel day. I can’t tell the color but it does feel oily. Any idea what it...
I've been looking over a few posts and would like to get verification of my understanding.
Trailer came "Solar Ready" with a 10amp Furrion plug on the side. I think this means, if I plug in a solar panel it will help charge the on board battery. There is no battery management, it is just a...
I have a ‘24 Coachmen Apex Ultralight 256 BHS. A yellow barrier pole sprang out of the ground out of nowhere and rubbed against the right side. Minor scrape with some paint left behind, easy to remove. Bigger damage was the awning. It bent one the tracks and ripped it away from the fiber glass...
Sorry if this thread is not in the right place. This site is big and it is hard to find things sometimes.
I am working on purchasing a Class A motorhome. I am still in the process of deciding what to buy. It will be a 2005 or new with the more powerful V10. However the Chevy engine 8.1 is also...
I have a 2017 Surveyor 251RKS, looking to replace 2 lead acid with 12v 100ah lithium batteries. I have the WFCO 9855 AD 55DC converter. The converter is under the rear refrigerator, That puts the converter 30 plus feet too the batteries on tongue of Surveyor.
At 30 feet, WFCO tells me there...
Good Day Everyone,
The next project for my '21 Isata 3 is to install the Equalizer leveling system. I have the parts and manual, but one question I have is about the pump location.
The manual suggests installation on the driver side, but I would like to get a photo, if possible, from someone...
So, this is my 1st winter in the Midwest with a "new 2 me" camper. After reading all of the arguments for and against covering your camper, I chose not to. My thoughts were, if camper dealers can leave all of their campers outside all winter uncovered, shouldnt it be good enough for the rest of...
What type of slides are on my 259fkds? When I open and close the living room slide and it comes to the end of its run it will make a rata tat tat sound like a machine gun. Is that normal? The smaller bedroom slide doesn't make that sound.
I want to move the TV to another wall, it's situated where you have to look backwards from nearly anywhere to see it. Will moving the TV mounting bracket effect the warranty? My wife understood the the people who sold it to us said you couldn't put a screw in a wall it would void the warranty...
We just picked up our new FR3 30DS on 12/2. With the 2024 changeover, Forest River is now using Battle Born Batteries. Nowhere in the FR3 information did they mention they would be heated BBBs, but low and behold, they are. We did our walk-through and the technician didn't mention it. In fact...
Good morning. I just purchased a new Salem FSX 290 RTK. It has some upgrades, one of wich is a 50 amp power supply. When I plug my Progressive EMS in it has led readouts showing voltage and amperage used on each leg of the 50 amp service. Leg 2 never shows any amperage usage.
Does anyone know...
I am going to be borrowing a 2022 Forester MBS 2401B rv and was trying to wrap my head around a few things before i get it. I am sure the owner will have some answers, but the rv is fairly new to him and he may not know all of the questions i might i have.
The rv has a 3,600 watt propane...
For those of you that replaced your shocks with Bilsteins Heavy Duty did you go with the Standard valving or the comfort ride? I see in the 4600 shocks they have both options:
Bilstein 33-187570 Front 4600 Heavy Duty (B6) Ford
Bilstein 33-187563 Front B6 4600 Comfort Shock Absorber Ford...
Recently stopped full timing and downsized from a 45 foot DP to a
25 foot Mini C
While the View is a nice RV it is a bit too small for our needs.
We have found a nice older Dynamax 390 XL that, even though older (2012), checks all our boxes and has only about 40K miles. It appears well...
Have settled on and ordered a 700W pure sine inverter, but still have questions. The inverter has a remote shutoff switch. What does the remote switch shutoff? Completely shut off the inverter such that their is no parasitic consumption or just the AC and USB output?
My other question...

i have a 2024 Europa 31ss on a freightliner chassis. i really love this coach, but with that being said its been in the shop 5 times in 3 month, 2 trips cut short.

My first WDH was a Blue Ox round bar, and my current WDH is a Husky round bar that operates almost exactly like the Blue Ox. Both installed by the dealer at trailer purchase, and both seem to be just fine. But I still think I'd like something higher level.
I've done a bunch of research and...
I'm going to have to travel a couple of nights where the temps are going to drop for a couple of hours in the early morning to around 26 to 27 degrees. I will disconnect the city water hose, of course, and am not worried about any inside pipes or tanks. But I wonder about my low point drains...
After passively learning from this forum for the last six years, we stepped up from our previous coach and purchased a 2024 Europa 31SS. After 1700 miles and several nights of camping, we are thus far quite satisfied with the coach. We had visited the factory while it was on the assembly line...
Wondering where y'all put a trash can?
Somewhat disappointed at lack of bathroom hand towel holder and kitchen spot to hang a dish towel. Interested in kitchen mods for this model, especially the use of the big wall to the right of the stove burners.
Also no experience with convection cooking...
New to the world of Class C RV's and will pick it up on the 1st of Dec, it is a 2019 Sunseeker 2850SEL. While there seems to be a fair amount of storage I have a desire to make a modification for an additional storage area. On the left side of the bed, looking from the foot, there is a carpeted...
