I think I need a new inverter it keeps blowing. Reset it and pops again . Can I replace it with a larger one?

Hi 2006 Georgetown 359. Changed the oil in the generator today. We've been running on generator power for a month. Tonight, the inverter next to the generator started beeping. I turned the generator off and in about 5 min it stopped. Any ideas as to why it started beeping today? Thank you!
