We have 2012 Thor Tuscany. We have the unit hooked up to City water and the water pressure is working fine. There is hot water in the water heater but no hot water comes out of the taps or shower. Seems like the hot water heater is being bypassed. Any ideas?

We have an Elec/Gas Dometic HWH When on shore power, is it best to leave it on or shut it off... I guess I'm asking, is it harder on the unit to stay hot or to heat from scratch 2-3 times per day Maybe a similar question when boondocking and using gas to heat the water... Thanks Rick
