2015 DS30 Both fuses in the DC 12 volt round cigarette lighter charging docks have blown out. Do I need to take the face of the dashboard off, or are the fuses located somewhere else?

Has anybody seen a diagram which shows what the fuses control as well as the circuit breakers or taken the time to figure them out? Any help would be appreciated!
