2022 Wildcat 5th wheel. Newbie How do I know when my fresh water tank is full when filling?

I have a 2021 Wildwood 273QBXL with the quick connect for the outdoor sprayer, does anyone know what kind of fitting goes on the opposite side of the quick connect. The part that connects the supply hose to the PEX Fitting on the cold water side?

We have noticed that our fresh water tank is "sagging" and needs some extra support so it doesn't totally fall out, as so many have experienced before us. I have searched this forum but cant' seem to get anything to come up. Can people share what they have done to reinforce this tank?
