Does anyone have any real world weight numbers for this trailer? I am guessing because of the 2 slides up front it would have a great deal of tongue weight. Found a used one and just want to make sure I can pull it. We don't go very far when we do go. Usually, less than 40 miles one way.

I just got this trailer. The windows at the back of the beds have a think vinyl fabric that zips up. It looks/feels like it is waterproof. The canvas at the sides of the bed feels like normal tent material. Is this normal?
