I recently found a bad connection in my 7 pin wore cable under my rv. I have the replacement cable ready to go on....my question is..Do I need to disconnect shore and battery power before changing cables?? Or is there only power thru the cable when plugged into my tow vehicle?

I have a 2022 Nitro 35DK5. The outlets in the master bedroom, main TV,rear TV and on well are all out. All other outlets and GFCI outlets work. Reset all breakers, reset all GFCI and still no power. Has anyone had this issue and whats fix? Thanks!!
