Everytime I drain the bathroom sink, I hear a brief buzzing sound.. I looked but no leaks anywhere.. Can the installed vent in the drain line under the sink make such a noise? I tried to remove it but it appears as though it is glued in as it is pvc!

We have a 2015 Sunseeker 3010DS. The bathroom faucet has always worked fine up until today, it was running then just stopped and can't get any water out of it anymore, either hot or cold. All other water sources work fine such as kitchen faucet, shower, toilet etc.
