We have a 2014 Salem and can’t seem to figure out what and where operates the awning. My friend is using it and we’ve never had it out.

I have a Roo 233s with a Solera power awning. When extending the awning, one side lags and the piston does not seem to push the awning out and keep it out. Likewise when putting in. Any ideas or simple fixes? Thanks!

The silver washer like thing fell off and I dont know what it is or where to get a replacement. It goes on the arm of my awning. Please see the picture. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Frank

My awning led never light up, after opening the panel, just find 3A fuse broke, but after replace some new fuses, everytime the fuse will burn or broke immediately. should I try a higher fuse? looks like not a safe choice, any suggestions or same issue?

Why not use sheet metal screws instead of rivets ? Cheaper or is there a design need?? I would like to replace my motor but would rather use sheet metal screws.
