My recently acquired "bargain" 2006 Jay Flight 29BHS has turned into a money pit with its rotten roof. I really want to know why and will have other questions. I've opened the worm can and will replace the entire roof sheathing, membrane, fittings and terminations over the course of this winter and next spring. This will take months as I live in Wisconsin and my unheated barn is my workshop. First steps are to strip the rot and let the trailer dry out. I'll need to figure out how to use this forum as I'm sure there are very knowledgeable people here.
