Depends if it's actually got a MH enclosure on it, or if it is a straight tractor registered in another state for recreational use?
CA will NOT accept any straight truck/tractors anymore for so called RV usage.
Grab a PO Box in Arizona and register it there or pull a Montana LLC and leave it registered up there?
Good luck!

The truck is a 1965 so it can be historic or read vehicle code section 9400 d which states "This section is not applicable to any vehicle that is operated or moved over the highway exclusively for the purpose of historical exhibition or other similar noncommercial purpose."

historic is a lot cheaper than the 9400d route
