RV DETAILS: 2001 Sterling Chassis with United Specialties 30' conversion. 430hp Cat, 10-speed Eaton Autoshift. 2 AC units, tracking direcTV satellite, 20" TV plus TV in bedroom, DVD/VCR etc. Onan Diesel generator, 8' slide-out, cooktop, microwave/convection oven, fridge. Bathroom has sink, shower, and toilet. Leather seating surfaces on furniture, floors are hardwood or carpet.

SLEEP CAPACITY. Private bedroom has queen bed. You also have an overcab bed, two fold-down sofa beds, and the dinette makes a bed. So that's 5 beds

TRAILER: Classis 32' trailer with lift. Layout shown on attached photos and drawings. Trailer as AC unit, 4000lb winch, full enclosed awning, snap-together flooring (for under awning). Fold down door. Trailer is designed for gear in the front overheat area, one car up-top on lift, and one or two cars on the bottom. You CANNOT put 2 cars up-top in this style trailer. Trailer has steel-frame with aluminum skin and floor. Trailer also has small air compressor, and 30-amp hookup for connecting to RV. Trailer has ac and dc lights inside and out. 3 7000lb axles

CONDITION: Very good for age. Tractor tires have some sun damage, and while my local tire dealer says it is only cosmetic, I would likely change them before next season. Trailer tires in good shape, with 2 spares. Trailer graphics are vinyl, and skin has some fading and a few scratches, but overall very good. RV exterior in very good condition. Carpet in RV is showing some age (color only, condition good)

LOCATION: Near Charlotte NC. Pickup only, will not deliver or ship
