toter registration in az

i have purchased a kodiak with a s&s conversion setup with a fifth wheel hitch.it was registered in indiana as a motorhome.i am having problems with mvd in arizona.they want to classify it as a truck or tractor.does anyone have any experience titling a toter in az. i am trying to avoid requiring a cdl license.

Contact S&S and request a copy of the original cert of orgin which will clearly state that it is a motorhome conversion, present that to the MVD and go from there.
