Wondering if anyone can tell me if seatbelts are required to be worn in a commercial truck or RV if you are in the sleeper section, either sitting upright or lying down?

Thankyou.

In a commercial operation where a co-driver is in the bunk they must be belted in.
Peaceful

.....I stole SIBERNUT's idea for a cross-bunk web harnace to keep the dog and Nikki's son in the bunk if I had to stop quick.....dog hates it kid loves it.....Next trip I'm straping her 13 year old sister in with Nikki's son and the dog....keeps her from changing the radio to RAP music.....geofkaye

Would belted also include a cargo net keep you in a bunk or does it have to be a seat belt around your waist?

And what type of seatbelts are used when a person is sleeping in a sleeper?

Is there more than one belt...?
