RV Registration?

Can anyone tell me how to register my MDT, as a RV, in Ontario .Local licence bureau says it can't be done. Called MOT, they have no idea how to do it. Have seen trucks similar to mine plated as RV. Mine is commercial now (CT). I pull a 42 foot Great Dane Drop deck trailer , done as a travel trailer inside. Looking for any and all advice!!!!!!! thanks Jim.
