anyone use osb wood instead of plywood under roof?

The Rum Runner has OSB on the roof, but I'd prefer plywood if you have to walk on it for cleaning it just feels a bit more rigid. Another thing I'd do different is to put 1x4 down the center an then some ply wood strips further out to give the plywood a bit of a crown rather than a flat roof that water seems to pool on.

I was thinking 3/4 would be better.What about interior walls? I plan on covering the walls with ultra vinyl that has 1/4 inch of foam backing.( Called soft touch walls)
All input is appreciated!

My walls have that foam padded stuff on them. I like it okay. The lower half is wainscoting tho. I like that too.

Softtouch walls get kinda spendy, it takes TONS of 3M spay glue and staples to do a soft touch wall a10 yard of vinyl and foam doesn't cover much, but really adds to the finish. You spray both the wall then the foam, after a minute or so you stick the foam to the wall. then repeat with the vinyl so it takes a bunch of glue. figure a big can of 3M for every 4x4 square area. Lots of ventilation too! Staple all the edges every half inch then cover with wood trim.

My roof is 1/2 particle board, but my rafters are on 16" centers, and I walk carefully the little time I'm up there. If I would have sheeted it myself I would use 1/2 inch plywood with a 1 x 4 down the center for a crown, then plywood strips out further for support.
