My Toter is on a 1989 FLD120 chassis. The truck started life as a twin screw road tractor. It was stretched out and converted to single axle. It has Freightliner 2 bag air ride. The truck only raises about 1.25" when the suspension is aired up. I suspect that it does not have enough travel. I can make adjustments to the ride height but I do not know what the proper spec is. How high should the suspension be?

I don't know where you could find that info. What about going to a Freightliner dealer and talk to the service manager? Maybe they might be able to find it somewhere? It's going to be difficult since the frame/axle has been modified so the original spec might not be right anymore. I wonder if the driveshaft angle should still be the same as it was before the single/stretch? If you think that should be the same then that might give you something to shoot for as far as height. Get it to whatever height makes the driveshaft angle the same?
