How do you folks with dually rear wheels fill or check your tires with air?

The rear dually rims/wheels on my Ford E350 box van look like this here.. The outer wheel valve stem faces inward and the inner wheel faces outward.

Front tires were easy to fill and they look like this here with the valve stem being easily accessible.

Do any of you use this system here known as the "Cats Eye" or anything similar?

I spent an hour on my back, on my side... trying to get three different types of air pressure fittings to connect to valve stems that are difficult to reach...what a waste of time. The valve stems are just hard to reach. They are located on the inside of the rim, they are short, the hole opening on the rim is small, and you are supposed to fill the air through the dust cap because you can't remove it. All this makes it difficult.

Any advice?

I have used the "Cat's Eye" tire equalizers on my trailers and trucks for many years. They have more than paid for themselves. They are easy to us and quick to check.
As for checking the tire pressure try to find a tire gauge at a truck stop that is designed to fit inside the wheel hole and fit the inner valve stem.
