air pin box vs air fifth wheel

I'm new to this site. I have a Volvo 770 that I use as an owner operator. I want to pull my 37ft fifth wheel camper with it. Will
an air pin box be enough to take the stress out of the RV unit or do I have to go the air ride 5th wheel route
