2013 V-Cross. Having trouble getting the hot water tank to bypass. It has the 1 valve bypass and 1 valve for the siphon hose. Is there something wrong or am I not doing it right?:banghead:

I have a leaking black tank valve. Does anyone know if the 3 inch and 1 1/2 inch dump valves are a standard bolt pattern. If I'm changing one I might as well do both.
