Has anyone tried to install Torklift Glowsteps on a Mini Lite? I hate the Moryde solid steps. The problem I see is there is no step pocket under the door to install this type of step to. I would like to figure out a way on how to do this. I know that Torklift makes a set of steps that tip up...
Easy Folding Hitch Steps, made in USA with 8" extender. Fits into 2" receiver. 2 steps, one folds up and locks for travel.
Due to weight and odd shape probably best for local pickup, unless you want to pay for shipping.
Local pickup Beaverton, OR. $75.
My Step Lock switch seems to only allow locking the steps out (extended). When the steps are in, and I move the switch to "Lock", the steps still extend when I open the door. Any way to keep the steps from extending?

The attached photo ( which hopefully is not upside down or some cockeyed orientation ) is from the manual for my Kwikee elect steps . The steps have suddenly stopped so before I go through all the tests I thought I'd check fuses . However I can't find them. A friend thought they might be in the...
August seems to be a month for things to fail . My electric Kwikee ( triple ) steps have suddenly stopped working. I'm trying to fix them but if it ends up having to replace them I'm seriously considering replacing them with manual ones.
Has anyone done this ? I'd be interested in brands model...
My steps have always been slow and kind of clunky. I talked myself into buying this product even though it was a bit pricey. What an amazing product. It actually lives up to the hype. It made a huge difference in the operation of the steps and it stays on even when driving through the rain. One...
Hey all, I have a 2011 FR G-town 350. I’m currently away from home and can’t get the measurements of the retractable steps. I have found a new replacement set 15 minutes from where I am this weekend. Does anyone have a similar year and model that could measure the width of the steps? I’d really...
The switch the allows the step to remain out when you close the door no longer works. Someone suggested that could be due to a fuse between the ignition and steps.
Does anyone know where this fuse is located?
Has anyone come across an issue with the manual steps angling downward? Feels like you are falling forward when coming out the door. Purchased the trailer new 1 month ago. My wife feels like she is going to fall forward when stepping down on the steps. Steps do not feel solid (springy).
My first post as a new member. Our Arctic Wolf 291RL does not have a handrail above the bedroom steps. Any suggestions?
Also, just wondering if (and how) any of you are able use the camper’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability to avoid the crappy tv speakers when watching a tv show.
Hello, I am a new rv owner (2024 2401B) and would like to know how to make my steps stay in position. We are parked and the in and out of the steps are not necessary. Does anyone know how to make them stay in the “out” position? Thanks!
I have a 2014 flagstaff microlite 21fbrs. The right outrigger that the steps get bolted to broke. Can that outrigger be welded and fixed or do I need to buy a new one. And do those literally carriage bolt up into the botton of the trailer? I haven't started taking it apart yet. Hoping one of...
I have a 2019 Geo Pro 20BHS and, like most modern models, the steps fold up inside the door of the camper when moving.
We don't like this design because it tracks in a lot of water / dirt every time we close up (and just gets in the way when moving around a lot). Our old camper had a simple...
Hello All. This is my first post so I will stumble through it. My Wife and I have a 2022 Wolf Pup 16FQ we just purchased this summer. I was wondering if there is a different option for the entry door steps, to make it easier for our 14 year old German Shepherd, Abby, to get in and out. The...
Well this is a confusing problem. The motor runs but the steps hardly move. I was expecting shredded gears so I took it apart. All seems normal. I cleaned it up, lubed it and reinstalled it. It still has a problem. It is almost as if the motor gear has a shear pin but there was none to be...
When the steps either extend or retract, the motor will continue to run for 3-4 seconds after the travel is complete. You can hear it making a thunking sound like the motor gear is slipping teeth.
Originally this only happened when retracting but now does it both ways. Is this something that is...
The 2 piece ball strut for my gas assisted steps snapped in half...it looks like an easy fix once the replacement part arrives but how do you relieve the pressure on the gas assisted struts themselves in order to install the new piece? Thanks...
I heard some noise coming out of my steps on my last outing, but everything worked fine. I lubricated the gears, ... and hadn't heard it again. Today, it was very obvious any time the door was opened or closed. A loud moaning noise and the stairs stop midway.
My questions:
1) If I just need to...
Ordered the Lippert Solid Steps and just had a thought if my screen door and outside door will close without modifications???? Wildwood 2rkss.
Mike
The stock steps fold down in one piece through the open door, and then you have to adjust the extending legs for ground level. Then you have to make sure the door closes, 'cause sometimes the stairs aren't down enough so the bottom of the door does not fit over the stair frame. When getting...
2020 mbs sunseeker
Recently been camping or driving in heavy rain, a first after four years in Colorado desert.
Noticed the steps deployed while driving and got into heavy rain, water on road. After pulling off, shut off engine and steps retract. Start up engine, deploy again, shut off and...
This side support (both sides) shown in the photos below came apart. I'm wondering if someone could post a photo of theirs so I can see where to bolt this back together. This is on my 2014 MicroLite but I don't think that matters. These steps are widely used across various models.
TIA,
Rich J.
Working on the new to me 2020 Wolf Pup and getting really frustrated at the Foldout Steps. Getting them set to reach the ground and not be in the way of the door is a Real PITA. Either the ground isn't even and or the height isn't right. Can't close the door because the feet are extended to...
