    Wallik: The deck was 10' long and I added 5 1/2'. Travis: Roof wraps and the s-lock trim was supplied by Show Hauler, compartment doors were made by Nappenee Window to match the original ones used in the early 2000's. Thanks for the interest, Richard

    Bill; The siding is attached with 3M VHB, and you are right, you better have it where you want it because it will require another truck to remove it. I have been removing panels that have been on for 4 years plus and they are a bear, details later still.

    Contact S&S and request a copy of the original cert of orgin which will clearly state that it is a motorhome conversion, present that to the MVD and go from there.

    Bill; As you already knew, aluminun is one of the best heat conductors there is, you just needed another reminder, im glad you didn't have slack adjuster problems.

    Bill; You may want to check the front slack adjusters, typically one may adjust up to far, but not both.

    Wick: Two quiestions, what trans are you running and is it single axle or tandem? I went thru the same routine 2 years ago and got most of the drive line vibration out of mine.

    Cleeglog: Unless you are building on a used truck, there is no need to stretch a chassis. Most all of the truck manufacturers offer a chassis combination, (single axle, tandem etc.) that will fit your build.
