I would have built on ether a Kenworth or a Pete they never look outdated they have the old school classic look I just found a w900l first that was a good deal so that is what I built

in Pennsylvania it wasn't to bad I took a over the road truck and turned it into a Kenworth Motorhome (thats what the title says) You have to go to an enhanced inspection station to do a change of title You need to have receipts, Finished pictures and the inspection station has to fill out an...

i only used flake (to save a few $$$)where it was going to be covered by a cabinet ,everywhere else i used smooth finish plywood and covered it with a textured wall paper

I used sheet aluminum pre painted for the white and polished aluminum for the bottom ,used sikaflex to fasten every thing . i made sure all seems where tight and sealed well ,no leaks . the truck weighs 36,000 never checked axle weights.The sides are 2"x2" box and the roof and floor are 2"x3"...

Thanks , went over my budget by about 6k, I will post some picks of the build ,i had some on here but i guess they got deleted or moved it took us 8 months to do the build (alot of time in the garage )

wow well its been 3 years now since the build its working great, wouldn't go back to a factory built ,build it yourself and you know what you got ,hauled 5 bikes and towed my supercrew pick to the Florida keys everything went great and its a great conversation piece every where we take it
