All top half wiring is loomed and runs through a separate stainless pipe to the bottom.

front left compartment, installed a divider and vent ran all the 12 volt wiring to a fuse block, made the compartment big enough for a deep 31 series battery, also added a small maintenance charger.

Top half is for all intensive purpose DONE..... still have small items to do but can proceed on the lower half.

One can never have to many clamps,front face of the 8 foot left side cabinet as well gluing the face fronts for the overhead doors.

Right side cabinet is now mounted, still need to install the front light, wire up and the cabinet door, second one will not have a door and will be open. I installed a switched voltmeter, USB and 12 Volt plug.

Frame is temp. installed to get the radius for the end.

Started building the right side half cupboard, frame is glued.

The top panel is cut down so I am gluing the two side pieces to veneer and will match to the roof when they go on. Well its off to the cabin for a week or so, will post when I am back.

Centered the book match down the middle and with the right side panel

center now in, matched to the right side, the left side is a lighter shade, this will work in the cupboard for light and be hidden by the overhead cupboard for a mismatch.

The center board was 1/4" and outsides were 1/8" so I put up and screwed a full width 1/8" panel then did both the sides, which were creaking and poping.I have the bottoms tight and pushed the tops as far as I dare, put a screw in to hold and will let them sit a week to get the...

Done for the night, insulation in Reflective barrier and vapor barrier, will tuck tape all the seams. Hopefully the panels will start tomorrow, top was 1/4 sides 1/8" will use two 1/8" panels on top to keep the wood the same.

Insulation is thin, so I filled it up with fiberglass to a full 2"

Looking aft on the left side, all lower sections were coated with Fiberglass resin, the top center is being a bear to remove, will try tomorrow.

Hated to cut a hole in the original vent, but, worse putting a hole in the camper. Solar powered Vent runs by sun and charges a battery for night use, either sucks or blows and a light too

Not really exciting but three coats on the door.Frame is back around the window and, a locking canned ham door latch, some inside work starting.

The Camper took two gallons of paint to do had to buy a third to do this, the door was completely rebuild, all skins off new wood, new aluminum side and bottom, Marine texed all the holes in the front,painted. Last piece for the outside.

Oak right..... for anyone doing this I used Oak, pl premium and sealed with 3m. also both sides have a 6* bevel on the insides, smart idea. I have done the outside but ran out of day light re fastened with #6 stainless screws ans sealed with the 3m.

Soooo, as the weather changes the winds pickup, gusting to 29 kmph today and after the first coat was put on and starting a second coat we had a big hatch of small flying ants, some now find my camper a permanent resting place. 3 coats and 2 gallons of paint.... ran out of paint and still have...
