Day 0: Analysis Center of floor has a soft spot. Its not near the edges so I suspect a leak wasn't cleaned up in time and rotted subfloor. Checked under frame and no rust means its an easy fix. Floor has marks from the side. Broken slide rollers means it needs to be removed to have those...- Egon-TC
