    added roof vents (14"x14") in the garage area... basically the biggest ones that would fit between the roof ribs(supports)... Foam tape and 3-M 4200 to seal them up and fastened with a ton of 1/8" pop rivets... drops the temp inside signifficantly while baking in the S FL sun... Galley...

    drain will be plumbed out thru the floor... on the hi setting it drops the temp 10 degrees in less than 10 minutes... so I think I will be using it on the low setting....BRRRRRR also adding some roof vents in the garage area to loose some of the heat from the metal roof

    OK... AC is now in and mounted... tied to both th roof and the wall... NOw we are chillin! had some troubles when I tried getting the jeep into the garage wet and sandy... so they say a diamond is a girls best friend... tures out Jeeps like them too...

    standing in the garage facing forward... bulkhead going in... inside the living area looking aft the AC will be mounted above the new door Herculiner on the floor... nice stuff... stinky but great sound deadening... quited the cab down dramatically!

    Great looking rig... you should start with a wish list of you want... figure out the weight and how you would distribute it. Then get you axle weights and figure out what you need... good luck with your build... post pics and let us share in your build.

    I ended up puting 1.25" of foilbacked foam into the roof before covering it with roll wave PVC roofing... it was flexible enough to roll down across the 45 dergee edges of the roof to the wall... and it is easily removable to add wiring for lighting and or speakers... and the walls got 3/4"...

    Started packing out the interoir walls and added the insulation... basically 3/4" of foil faced panels... glued up and the pack out is ply ripped down so I have something to screw the finish panels too... hopefulyy I will get the loft / attic done tonight. Then I can work on the ceiling!

    weight certainly does add up... My U Haul is a simple weekned warrior hauler... back 16' is the garage for my 04' TJ (5000 LBS fueled up) and the front will be a futton small galley with the matress up over the cab. I do not think I am adding another 600 lbs in windows insulation paneling cabs...
