I would not consider keeping the cab air ride on a conversion as I agree with Gary in that it would not even be needed. Unless you have a conversion and have driven the truck before and after then it is difficult to understand how well the air ride works on the cab before and how well it rides...

The only time I think a manual would be better is when you have a computer glitch and can't get the auto into gear!!! Had that happen last week.... but I was at the shop so not as big a deal as if out on the road. I think that zero to 60 is probably faster with a manual than an auto.
