    Converting to residential fridge

That's a pretty decent amount of time. How much solar do you figure it would take to keep the batteries up?

    Hello please help

First thing that comes to mind is you need an auto bell housing, torque converter, flex plate, and motor mounts. There is slight possibility you can reuse the mounts, but I don't know. Then you would probably need the under hood wiring harness along with the ECM. Hopefully everything will match...

Caulking trim or track or whatever it is

The problem with silicone is that nothing will stick to it......not even more silicone. You would probably be better off using Dicor or something similar.

I would use small angle iron to put over the edge of the battery and use 1/4" all thread angled towards the center of the battery you want to hold down. Another thing I would do is use Never Seize on the threads. That stuff can be a real life saver when it comes to unscrewing nuts or bolts...

SLEEP BUS. Shuttling Riders SF to LA in bunks for $50 in a Truck Conversion.

Since it is 382 miles then it should be profitable, I would think. AT $600 per load (assuming full) it comes out to $1.57 per mile and at $780 per load it is $2.04 per mile. If they run back empty I am not sure it would be worth it.

    Dually valve stem cap!!!

Personally I would look around for some sort of extenders. Something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Slime-20140-Extenders-Mounting-Brackets/dp/B008FHWZIA or these: Wheel Masters: Dual Tire Inflation Systems

Bob, you could probably buy a 1/2 sheet of 1/4" oak plywood and make a box of sorts to go over the fridge mount. That would give it a much more finished look.

    little white wire

The first thing I would do is trace the wire and see where it goes. Do you know if it is supposed to be on the positive or negative? Hooked up wrong it could get real expensive real quick........:(

No, you don't NEED air ride. You could even get by with the old Hendrickson "hockey puck" suspension, but if you had two trucks to compare the difference in ride quality....... For an air system since you don't have air brakes you probably could put an electric air compressor and a small air...

I guess it would be up to you if you want to section a piece of frame in the middle or extend what you have. Since you desire air suspension I would look for a cut off that has the air springs on it rather than try to remove your springs and bolt the air ride on. You should be able to find out...

New to the truck conversion world.

Generally a manual transmission will hurt when you go to sell it. Not that many people are inclined to actually shift anymore.........

Extending a frame is not the hardest thing to do, but if you question your capability then I would suggest you farm the work out. Far as aluminum for framework of the box, there are lots of them made that way!
