I have never seen a KW COE Conversion before. Must be a challenge to maintain a water tight seal between the cab and coach and still tip for access to the engine.

I would ask Larry Ziegler (Onezman). I think he resided in a state near California and has done some conversions in CA. He will probably tell you better information than any DMV clerk.

It doesn't look like the tractor was stretched at all for this conversion with a lot of van overhanging the rear. I assume those rearmost tanks are the stainless water and septic.

The thickness, perfomance in high humidity and ability to puncture it with nails or screws seems perfect for an RV. Probably two rolls for $400 will be enough for most conversions.
