We stayed at Red Gate a few years ago, something like 6 miles to the historic district / water front area & less than 25 miles from Tybee island. the rv park was easy in & out, good (50a) power and they had a rec hall / clubhouse w/ pool table big TV etc...not real fancy (gravel rv pads) but...
