    Haulmark vs. Renegade

Renegade will do more changes if you want them. Haulmark likes to do the cookie cutter approach. Did you look @ United?

    Cb Radio cover

well call me the oblivious dutchman. The center of that cover is a metal plate that pops out. So I popped it, measured, cut, popped bck in an here I have my CB hole closed and covered, just some small space on the side you hardly see, about 1/16 of an inch. LOOKS nice..

    Welding on frame

Aren't steel and Aluminium not compatible over time... As I recall they don't like each other, so you would want a wooden beam or something in between the body and frame, so U-bolts would be the best route

A couple of rigs on Ebay

Your about 1/2 the life of that engine recon, Iwould say it's go to 800,000. That seems like a lot of chassis miles, but if things have been taken care of it might be a different story

Coach In The Making II - Final Finished!!!

I drove an M2 112. The nose on it is horrible for seeing what's in front of you, if your going that route I would go Columbia. It was like a big snout in front of you and kid of ugly also, the cab always felt small to me on the M2, mind you I have a FL70 I drive most days for work.

M2 - is it the truck for you?

We have about 3000 miles on our Mercedes since last fall. The engine has been flawless. The meritor trans has been GREAT. It skips when it needs to, usually starts in third. Now I don't weigh 79,000 lbs, atleast I don't think so, maybe a trip to the weigh station next trip out..... But our...

Questions re a Class 7 Renegade on a FL 70 Freightliner Chassis.

We have a FL70 with the 195 HP Cummins. My good friend has a FL70 with the 300hp Cat 6 speed, he hauls dumpsters wit hit full of scrap metal. That truck is most likely rated for 33,000 lbs. I know he has no problems pulling a load with it and loves his Cat motor. It's only 32' total length...

    optima motorhomes

We looked at them before buying ours. More money and i didn't see the difference, storage was smaller and living space seem smaller. For the money the finish wasn't what we thought it should be

I got an E-Mal back from Triton.

In today's business climate really think stock holders want to see that??
  22. CA

I got an E-Mal back from Triton.

They seem to be going for a very minut and specific market. While "super c's" are becoming more popular I can't see someone spending that much money on one. even the big race outfits, I can't see how you could even justify the depreciation and have a resale market for a unit that pricey. I f...
