Ok, most conversion MH's have a 40,000 lb tow capacity, but what should tongue weight not exceed? Second any one have a golf cart on a platform behind their MH? Looked @ overbilt and blue ox, but they like that 3 prong hitch, obviously not an option.. any suggestions or designs out there?

For ventilation we run our fantastic fans with the windows open. We have two in the bedroom, then along the slide and a big one by the door. We hardly use the generator.
