lol The red looks ok but.......... I have fire stix ??? antennas and not sure they are what I need. The weather radio on cb does not come in as well as it should. I depend on the weather radio alarm and not sure it will work with a weak signal. I do not know for sure what kind of cb range I...

    cb antenna

They say dual antennas need to comunicate with each other so I had to go with 5 ft antennas so that I was over the roof line. I bought two foam balls at wally world and slid over the antennas. I had to take the rig down the interstate a ways today and they did work well today. No noise at all...

Most of the time I like to listen to whats going on between truckers. Cheap thrills I guess but I find myself driving without the radio on alot and cb on. I was able to get my 5 ft dual antenna's sw in today but need to get closer to truck traffic to see what kind of range I get. Then if the...

    Roofs?

Gene, Would be interested in a pic of your roof. I will be up on mine in the next few days and I can take a pic and email you what mine looks like. I am very pleased with the way the frp roof looks after coming from a class a roof. I think I have good drainage.

    PM Service

PM is a good thing. But cost $$$ Yes, that is a trucking term for preventative maintenance. The good thing is you should get the truck labor rate rather than the rv labor rate.

    cb antenna

Hello all, I am looking for ideas on how to eliminate the mirror mount antennas from banging on the bunk as I drive down the road. I have 5 ft antennas so that I can clear the roof for better coverage but like I say they whip in the wind and bounce off the bunk. What have you guys done or what...

    ed s, how's your new t/c?

Yes, I did pick it up last Friday and Saturday did a one night stand with the wife at her folks house. Has taken a little getting used to the difference but I am loving it. We went from four slide to two...that makes a huge difference to DW, bedroom is smaller and bath is much smaller...

First of many questions I am sure.

With the motorhome they suggested weighing each corner of the coach and then based on a chart from tire company to set pressure according to it. I would think with a truck conversion I will not have to worry about over loading it. Thanks Bob

First of many questions I am sure.

Bob, yes I will be picking up the coach tomorrow from Eldorado. I will be heading west at some point, think June I will be in Cambridge and Aug will be Lake Elmo. Not sure if there will be other MN visits yet or not. I will be posting pics when I get a chance next week. I am looking forward...

First of many questions I am sure.

Picking up my 2010 Renegade on Friday. Moving from a 2006 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. My first question is with a truck conversion are we to be as concerned about weighing all four corners and setting tire pressure as one needs in a class a??? I do have a tag axle on my new rig. Thanks Ed
