just purchased a 1995 Peterbilt tractor. In the process of converting it into a toy hauler to tow my 5th wheel flatbed. Its 100% for personal use to haul my 2 mud trucks around and I am looking for the best way to register/insure it as to avoid DOT tax and filing.
